Incoterms 2010: Revised trade rules for an inter-connected world
Paris, 16 September 2010 ICC today launched the latest revision of its internationally-recognized trade terms Incoterms® 2010. The rules, used by companies in countless business transactions all over the world, will come into effect on 1 January 2011.

　具体的には使われなくなった貿易タームが廃止となり、新たにＤＡＰ（Delivery at place）、ＤＡＴなどの新タームが『推奨』され、一方でＤＤＵ（Delivery Duty Unpaid）は削除されています。海外との取引で契約や貿易業務にタッチされる方々は一度はインコタームス２０１０年版の１１の「ターム」だけでもご覧いただいたほうが良いと思います。
